The Claremont 12-year old All Star team dropped its second game in the District 20 tournament Wednesday night, falling to host San Dimas, 15-6, in an elimination game.
Claremont trailed 6-0 heading into the bottom of the third inning, but got on the scoreboard thanks to a bases-loaded RBI single from Tommy Caravalho (who was 2 for 2 in the tournament) scoring Lenny Davis.
Pitcher Joe McGuire retired San Dimas in order in the top of the fourth, and Claremont rallied with three runs in the bottom of the frame to pull closer at 6-4.
